Last Sunday (July 13), we went to see Kenny Chesney at Turner Field. Not only was Kenny Chesney playing, but we also saw Gary Allen, Leann Rimes, Sammy Hagar, and Brooks and Dunn. The best part about Kenny’s performance was when his “special guest” came out to sing a song…..it was Sugarland. She sang her song with just a guitar and boy did she belt it out. I can’t believe how great she sounds live!! Her haircut is super cute too! It was a really rainy day at first, but then cleared up nicely, even to a great temperature! Luckily, we had seats in the club level so we were covered, but the best part of it was we could go inside and hang out or eat while we were there for 8 hours!!
We took a shuttle bus turned limo with 5 other couples - that is the way to travel. It sat all of 12 of us comfortably with room for more. We took the same one earlier this year down to a baseball game and will never take a car limo again!! We had a ton of fun with everybody and it didn’t even feel like we were there for 8 hours!
