Ava started gymnastics two days ago, August 4. She goes for 45 minutes in the morning every Tuesday. On her first day - she was so excited she could have peed her pants. She talked about it for about two weeks before she started. Here is a little video of the first circuit they do after they stretch. The do about 3 different circuits in the 45 minutes. I was surprised to see how much they are moving and exercising. They do not stop!! There is only one other little girl in her class, Mattie. She is super cute too. Her teacher is Ms. Shannon over at Southern Gymnastics. Ava's Aunt (aka Peanut) came to see her on her first day, when she stops and starts pointing, that is when she saw Karla drive up! Good Job my little Punkie girl - I am glad this makes her so giddy!! Ava said her favorite thing that day about gymnastics was the trampoline, but if you could see the video of her doing a flip on the bar, it looks like that is her favorite!!
